Las Vegas with Family

 We made a quick trip to Las Vegas to enjoy some swimming with family at World Mark.

I had the same McDonalds dress I wore when I was Macy's age and dressed her up in it!  Don't you love the yellow linoleum?

When you ask Macy how old she is, she says "One. Almote 2."  (Almost)

She loves to "Colou pitchoo" (color picture) but is getting too free with the pen and marker coloring all over her skin and the walls and the furniture :(.  Andy says she is an artist and her canvas can't be limited.  I say, get me the magic eraser!

Frozen grapes are her new favorite summer treat.

She is getting her eye teeth so popsicles are our friends!!

A few weeks ago, I was getting out of Andy's truck and my foot slipped when it hit the uneven ground and I fell on my knee.  It hurt, it was a long fall.  Macy was still in the truck waiting for me to get her out when it happened so she saw the whole thing.  She completely freaked out and starting crying.  It was touching to see how scared she was for me.

I took a picture of me when I was pregnant and cut a slit in the belly and pasted a picture of her when she was a baby behind to help her understand that there is a baby in my tummy and that she's having a baby sister ... but I still don't think she gets it!  All too soon, she will!
